Located in the heart of the California Delta, the Korth Family has welcomed guests to our tropical oasis for generations. Today, Korth’s Pirates Lair includes a marina, mobile home park, cafe, and a relaxing atmosphere.

By boat, we are located at the confluence of the San Joaquin and Mokelumne Rivers. By land, we are just south of HWY 12 outside of Isleton, California.

In our sheltered harbor, we have over 212 Secure Berths in 11 covered sheds ranging from 16’ to 40’. Explore our marina facilities more HERE.

Mobile Home Park

Our mobile home park has over 40 spaces set in a tropical oasis. The park is currently at 100% capacity. Individual mobile homes occasionally come up for sale through private parties.

Our Cafe re-opens Thursday May 2nd, 2024! We open from spring through fall serving breakfast, lunch, and cold draft beer! We have both indoor and outdoor seating. Dine in or takeout. More about the cafe HERE.

Our property has beautiful flora and fauna everywhere you look. Our property’s greenery keeps us cool and sheltered from weather, creates a relaxing atmosphere, and provides refuge for many resident and migratory Delta birds.

Fuel and pump-out dock open during business hours for all customers. Uncovered guest docking also available!
